Monday malaise

I don’t like Mondays. And I’m not alone. According to this Daily Mail article, for one in three people, Monday is the worst day of the week. And on average, people spend half an hour complaining on a Monday. Jeez. What a waste! I can understand why, of course, because out of the top ten reasons for hating Mondays, at least eight out of 10 of them ring true with me…

1. You dread your working week

2. You always feel more tired on a Monday than any other day

3. You’re already missing the weekend

4. It takes you a while to get back into work
